The Client Care Builder is a training website on the Mercedes Intranet that teaches Mercedes-Benz dealers how to improve their customer care process. The site is based on an established best-practices program and designed to broaden the reach of that program.

84thomas designed the user interface, created the visual design for the application and, in partnership with Four Winds Group, built the entire application to run on Mercedes-Benz's Lotus Domino Intranet platform.
